Cancellation and refund information

Exam Pass purchases

• Exam Pass costs €59 total, inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• It provides 12 months of access from purchase and does not renew automatically.
• Depending on where you live and how the service is supplied, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase, including a 14-day cancellation period in many EU and EEA cases.
• If you ask us to begin providing the service during a statutory cancellation period, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied.
• We will not treat a statutory cancellation right as waived unless applicable law permits it and the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

When the service is not as agreed

If digital content or a digital service is not supplied, is faulty, or is not as agreed, applicable consumer law may provide remedies such as bringing the service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or a refund. Nothing in this policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

Existing subscriptions

Existing active Premium subscribers keep their current terms unless they choose otherwise. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves access in place until the end of its current billing period. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
