Baccalaureat Oral Exam Practice
Practise the Grand Oral in its 2027 format and the language orals for candidats individuels, with timed phases and follow-up questions.
Source-Verified Format Notes
Most bac students have no end-of-year foreign-language oral: languages are assessed through contrôle continu. The language orals here are for candidats individuels and for LLCER or BFI students.
Candidats individuels: 10 minutes of preparation, then a presentation of up to 5 minutes on one of two cultural axes and a discussion, 10 minutes in total (B2 for LVA, B1 for LVB).
Grand Oral from 2027: 20 minutes of preparation, 10 minutes presenting a question and answering it, then 10 minutes of exchange with a jury of two. The former orientation phase no longer exists. Coefficient 8 in the general track.
Practice prompts are independently authored; LearnLingo.ai gives practice feedback, not marks out of 20.
