Is it safe for a school-age child?
Under-18 accounts are set up separately from adult accounts and carry additional protections. There is no open messaging, and no way for other learners to contact your child. Our privacy policy sets out what is stored and how to remove it.
What does it cost?
Your child can try it free before you pay anything. An Exam Pass covers one learner.
Does it replace a teacher or tutor?
No. It gives your child more chances to speak aloud between lessons. Teachers, schools and exam boards remain the source for official guidance and marks.
Will it predict their grade?
No. Feedback highlights patterns in pronunciation, fluency, grammar, vocabulary and task response. It is not an official score or a prediction.
